MIDDLETOWN, MD- Mlend (Millennium Financial Group, Inc.) is proud to announce the new hiring of Jerry Merrick as a senior mortgage loan consultant. This is part of a string of new hirings and expansions for Mlend in 2017.

Jerry comes to Mlend’s Oakland office, after spending 11 years working at BB&T, and brings a lot of experience in mortgages and loans. As a certified loan officer, Jerry also holds accolades for the Garrett County Board of Realtors Affiliate of the Year and the Historic Highlands Board of Realtors Affiliate of the Year.

Jerry is currently on the Board of Governors of Garrett Regional Medical Center and is the current president of the Southern Garrett Athletic Association. He has also held roles as a member of the Board of Directors of Habitat of Humanity, a member of the Oakland Elks Lodge, and a basketball coach at Southern Garrett High School.
Mlend is ecstatic to bring Jerry on board as part of the team and continue this period of growth and expansion. Along with this new hiring, Mlend has seen growth throughout all areas including the opening of new offices, including the Oakland office that Jerry will be working at.
